Corgi is building an AI financial infrastructure company

* 3 to 8+ years of multi-unit cafe, restaurant, retail, hospitality, or fast-casual operations experience. * Experience managing Store Managers, Shift Leads, or multi-location teams. * Strong understanding of labor, inventory, waste, scheduling, training, and store-level profitability. * Hands-on leadership style. * High standards for cleanliness, speed, product quality, and hospitality. * Ability to read numbers and turn them into action. * Strong communicator who can be direct without creating drama. * Comfortable operating in a startup environment with incomplete systems. * Willing to work nights, weekends, early mornings, and emergencies when needed. * No ego. Must be willing to jump behind the bar, clean, move furniture, stock shelves, handle vendors, or solve whatever problem is in front of them.

**Compensation**
Competitive base salary plus performance-based upside. Final compensation depends on experience, market, and scope of responsibility.
