**What would you be doing?**
* Cold outreach via LinkedIn, emails, calls, and conferences. * Picking which accounts are worth your week and building the case for why. * Running your own discovery. Qualifying hard and killing deals that are not real. * Multi-threading through collections, ops, IT, legal, and procurement inside a bank. * Going to prospects' offices to close deals. * Traveling at least once a month to conferences across the country. * Writing down what worked so the next five people can do it too. * Learning how we are building cutting-edge technology for the financial services industry.
**What are we looking for?**
* Experience: 2 to 8 years in sales, ideally where the product was not obvious and the company was unknown when you joined (if you were top 1% selling hamburgers or baseball cards, it counts). * Full cycle: you have sourced a cold account yourself and closed it yourself. You can tell that story start to finish. * Built, not just followed: you can point at a specific part of a sales process you changed, and say why. * Technical: you love learning about tech. * Grit and creativity: you are excited about people hanging up on you after cold calling, and you have a fearless and creative approach to prospecting. * Customer-centric: you have strong business acumen. Every customer is different. We listen, discern, and then recommend. * Coachable * Competitive: you've got a competitive attitude (most of us were athletes). * High energy. * Ambitious.
