Lead Machine Learning Engineer

**Role Description:**

* Analyze large volumes of data, identify patterns and find insights that are useful for consumers. * Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable machine learning architectures and pipelines. * Explore new models and improve existing ML models. * Mentor and guide junior machine learning engineers, promoting best practices and technical excellence. * Bring the best practice in ML with a scalable tech stack. * Push to improve Status Quo by researching and adopting cutting-edge AI technology and techniques. * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align machine learning solutions with business goals.

**Role Requirements:**

* Strong academic background (background in STEM is preferred). * Prior experience in machine learning engineering or data science for 3-6 years. * Proven track record of bringing machine learning models to production. * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. * Comfortable to take ownership over building new data & AI project. * Strong communication and teamwork within team and other project stakeholders. * Experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams. * Proficiency in Finance and GenAI related projects with proven experience.
