The Global Tax team is expanding to support Hims & Hers' continued growth across EMEA. We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Tax Accountant to support our EMEA tax function. This role will assist the Tax Manager, EMEA in tax provision, compliance, and tax audit matters across the region, partnering closely with external tax advisors and accounting/finance teams. This role will report to the Tax Manager, EMEA.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Tax Manager, EMEA in the review of quarterly and annual tax provisions for US GAAP and local statutory purposes.

- Assist in the corporate income tax, indirect tax (VAT), and withholding tax filings across EMEA jurisdictions with external tax advisors.

- Prepare tax account reconciliations and supporting workpapers for review.

- Track filing deadlines and advisor deliverables across jurisdictions to help ensure timely compliance.

- Partner with local finance/accounting teams and auditors to resolve tax inquiries and support local statutory audits.

- Assist with regional projects, including transfer pricing documentation and entity restructurings.

- Support local statutory audits and tax audits.

- Assist with research on regional tax legislation changes and their impact on the Company.

- Support ad hoc tax projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.

Experience & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or tax required.

- 3+ years of relevant corporate tax experience, ideally including exposure to Big 4/public accounting or multinational companies.

- Professional qualification in Tax, Accounting, or Finance (e.g. ACA, ACCA) preferred.

- Strong technical knowledge of EMEA corporate income tax, VAT/indirect tax, and withholding tax compliance.

- Familiarity with US GAAP tax provisions (ASC 740) a plus.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work cross-functionally with finance/accounting teams and external advisors across jurisdictions.
