* 4+ years of experience writing production software * 2+ years of experience solving complex distributed systems problems and strong understanding of data processing frameworks * Experience in building scalable and high-performance systems * Interested in working at a small, fast-paced startup

### **Who you are**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience * Strong Backend/Full-Stack Programming Skills * 5+ years of professional experience in software development * Experience with JS/TS stacks * Experience with mobile development (React Native, Expo) * Experience working on crypto / fintech products is a plus * Experience developing Smart Contracts is a plus * Experience in environments where you have to ship quickly. We move fast. * Experience designing and building scalable, performant, and secure systems (ideally with a focus on blockchain or fintech) * Experience working on a remote team with a variety of timezones
