The AI Quant: Autonomous Alpha Engine for Funds and Traders.
**What You’ll Do**
* Own cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, observability, and production reliability * Build and manage secure environments for AI research workflows and institutional deployments * Implement infrastructure best practices across access control, secrets management, monitoring, logging, and incident response * Lead SOC II readiness and ongoing process ownership, including evidence collection, controls, policies, and vendor coordination * Partner with AI and quant teams to support scalable, secure production systems * Improve internal developer workflows, deployment speed, and infrastructure reliability
**What We’re Looking For**
* Strong experience managing production cloud infrastructure * Experience with cloud security, networking, CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure as code * Familiarity with SOC II, security controls, audit readiness, or compliance processes * Ability to own infrastructure decisions in a fast-moving startup environment * Strong judgment around security, reliability, and operational tradeoffs * Experience supporting AI, data-intensive, or enterprise-facing systems is a strong plus
