## **What you’ll bring:**
- **Experience:** 1 to 3 years of professional experience in an analytical, operations, data, or product-adjacent role.
- **Technical Chops:** Strong SQL experience is a must. You are highly comfortable wrangling and making sense of complex data.
- **AI-Native:** Ideally, you have experience with (or a strong desire to heavily utilize) Claude Code and other AI tooling to supercharge your output.
- **Scrappy Builder:** You thrive in a high-autonomy, early-stage startup environment.
- **Location:** You are located in (or willing to relocate to) San Francisco
- Startup mindset: Not scared of ambiguity and hungry for rapid growth
